Wake up! It’s Italy time!

So today was the last IAT 391 (Italia Field School pre-trip) presentation. Kiks, Rbo, and I did a little ditty on Testaccio and Ostiense, two very small neighborhoods in Rome that used to be heavy industrial areas but are now hotspots for youth! There are wicked nightclubs, bars, and groups of youngsters roaming amidst graffiti-heavy buildings and a slaughterhouse. Our team gets to “research” these clubs and bars as part of our ethographic study on the local Romans… and by research, I mean party with them all night and take photos! Only 1.5 more weeks before we leave for Rome!
After presentations, we all went to a sushi place in Guildford, and then to Simon’s house for Rock Band and… REC! Also, Yoshi slapped me in slow motion- enjoy!
